Most of the studied ammonite specimens, numbering several thousand, come from Bulgarian deposits. Ammonites were collected during detailed studies of Upper Titon and Beriazian areas for twelve years (1965 to 1977). The material is stored in the Museum of Paleontology of Sofia University: Sat. T. Ni k o-1 ov: MP – US, n K, 1 to 6125. In addition to my collection, I had the opportunity to study the following collections of Berriasellidae, kept in the same museum: 1. Coll. I. S apunov (Fossils of Bulgaria. PG. 3. Upper Jurassic. Ammonoidea, 1979).
